How to apply?

The application procedure takes about a week to be completed. Below you will find a step by step description of WORK UK programme organization:

1. Fill in the application form. The application procedure may be started by filling in the on-line or traditional paper version of a form (available in download section). You must specify the e-learning course start date at this stage of application (see dates and duration section), choose one of programme options (Standard/You Decide!) and decide if you wany TEE to organize your placement after course completion (included in programme fee).
2. Fill in the PLACEMENT REQUEST. This document must be submitted if you have filled in the paper version of the application form and only if you want to receive an offer of paid placement from TEE. If you have filled the on-line form, there is no need to submit Placement Request.

3. Sign the agreement and pay the first part of programme fee (WORK UK Standard); if you have chosen WORK UK You Decide! programme, full fee should be paid before the end of e-learning course.
4. Take part in an interview in English.
5. Receive the Confirmation of Registration which includes:
- start and finish dates of the e-learning course
- login and password to your e-learning course account.
6. Receive Placement Conditions (only if you have filled in the Placement Request or respective fields in the on-line application)- a document which confirms that you will be offered a paid placement upon course completion.
7. Submit other required documents.
8. Pay the remaining part of programme fee (WORK UK Standard).
9. Begin the e-learning course and finish after two weeks;
- you will receive course materials by email.

For participants who filled respective fileds in their on-line application:

10. Receive Proposal Letter with Interview details (placement offer including contact details of a hotel/restaurant manager for the purpose of a telephone interview).
11. Telephone/Skype interview with a hotel manager.
12. Sign the Placement Letter agreement.
13. Confirm the date of arrival.
14. Arrive in UK and start your placement.
15. Send us the FEEDBACK FORM within 3 weeks from the arrival.
16. Provide evalution documentation after 8 weeks.
17. Receive Certificate in Work Experience upon placement completion.

Additional documents for participants willing to be offered a paid placement by TEE upon course completion:

4. CV in English;
5. photo (send by e-mail);
7. Placement Letter agreement (after the confirmation of placement and telephone interview with a manager).

You may also submit:

8. references from previous employers (host companies);
9. if you are a student or a graduate of hospitality, tourism or catering related studies- certificate issued by university confirming you are a student or a graduate diploma;
10. copies of certificates and diplomas of professional course completion;
11. copies of language competency certificates (FCE, CAE, CPE, LCCI, TOEFL).
